Welcome to the Cashier's Office!

The mission of the Cashier's Office is to deliver excellent customer service and respond professionally, accurately, and effectively to all requests. Our goal is to assist and enable students in meeting their financial obligations by providing accurate and timely billing information and payment processing.

Students can gain access to their academic, financial, and personal information through their My.UAFS account. Students are able to check their balance, give parents, guardians, employers, and others authorization to view their account information, and make payments online through the Online Business Center, available through their My.UAFS homepage.

Payment Information

Payments can be made online by e-check ($0.50 fee) or by credit/debit card (2.85-percent convenience fee) through the Online Business Center. In-person payments by cash or check can be made between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday at the Cashier's Office, which is located on the second floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center. Summer hours may differ. We are unable to accept credit/debit card payments in person or by phone.

Students have the option of authorizing parents, guardians, employers, etc., to make payments on their behalf and view current account information through the Online Business Center. Please visit the Payment Information section for details on how to set up an authorized user.
